ORDERING
PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders placed between Monday and Friday are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
- Orders submitted on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday, and will also ship within 3–4 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.
TAXES
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Once an order is placed, we’re usually unable to change or cancel it due to quick processing.
- In rare cases where items become unavailable, your order may be cancelled automatically and fully refunded.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
- We cannot change shipping addresses after an order is submitted. Orders will ship to the original address entered at checkout.

- We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
- If there’s no tracking activity after 5 business days, feel free to reach out to Customer Service — we’ve got your back.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY
- We accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
- Please return items in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
RETURN PROCESS & REFUNDS
- Email us at info@noriksofficial.com to request a return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label from our shipping partner.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund is processed. This may take up to 7 business days after we receive your item. Refunds typically appear on your account within 3–5 business days after processing.
- A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
